New fall dishes rolling out tonight at Margot: • 8oz hanger steak with braised then roasted cipollini onions served with a brown butter vinaigrette made with whole grain mustard • Crispy branzino over sautéed escarole and marinate
On the menu at Margot — Roasted Faroe Islands salmon over couscous with grated tomato vinaigrette, preserved lemon, chili, and black pepper.
